Our National Repair Lab located in Ann Arbor, Michigan is the heart of our organization.

It provides your instruments/equipment with a service level that is beyond the capabilities of Van-based or InSite™ based service. There are specific services that only the NRL (National Repair Lab) can provide in order to meet OEM specifications.

Our NRL serves as our training facility for all new technicians and houses all our support staff, i.e. customer service, sales and marketing, and shipping/receiving. When sending instruments to the NRL, our customers are assured that there are very few instruments we can’t repair thus reducing costly replacement expenses.
