Our Story
In January 2003, Lou Agoston and Michael Theros re-entered the surgical equipment service market and launched InstruMedics, a new repair and maintenance service business. In March 2003, InstruMedics LLC reached a co-marketing arrangement with Teleflex Medical to operate as their exclusive OEM service and repair provider of surgical instrumentation such as, but not limited to Kmedic, Pilling, and WECK brands. Together, the partnership enjoys the national promotional benefits of over 75 field-based representatives coupled with field-based and National Repair Lab-based technical specialists.
