Thorough Cleaning Process
Instruments are thoroughly cleaned in a four step process. Instruments
are refinished, ultrasonically cleaned, passivated, and lubricated
- additionally, instruments undergo specific quality testing
procedures.
Our standard procedure for tray maintenance ensures every instrument
in a surgical set is inspected and adjusted if necessary to
meet original manufacturers’ specifications relative
to fit, form, and function.
InstruMedics also routinely demonstrates capabilities to repair up to 80% of
instruments typically tagged “beyond repair” by other repair service
